Success story and Experience of Sandy Daminski
I had my right knee replaced in July 2007 and my left knee in November 2007. Before I had my knees replaced I was in so much pain that life was almost not worth it. Every time I would stand up I was in so much pain that it compared to having your hand slammed in a door. Also, most of the time I had to pop my right knee into place in order to walk. My Grandma had ended up in a wheel chair and I knew if I didn't do something I would end up there also.
The secret to having a successful knee replacement is 1st have dr. fox as your doctor and second keep your knee moving. I would always say "no pain no gain". I would sleep with my leg on the continuous motion machine. As long as I kept my knee moving it felt better.
Even though it’s been 2 years since my knee replacement I know it's still very important to keep exercising. It's still very important to keep exercising. I do yoga and Zumba at the Wellness Center in Seguin.
As you can see my knees are very flexible. I also can kneel when I take communion.
Once again thank you god and Dr. Fox for my new knees and my new life. Life is good!!

Dear Dr. Fox,
How are you!?? It's been a year since Mom's surgery, and I wanted to send some pictures to show you how great she's doing.
In October, she went to Ft. Walton Beach, FL, with my brother and sister-in-law. She truly enjoyed herself. In December, she and I flew to Seattle, WA, to visit our cousins. We drove to Port Angeles to stay there, and we visited a few towns and wineries in between. I would have never thought Mom could make a trip like that! The only time she really needs to use her cane is if she's doing a lot of walking (She often forgets where she leaves it because she doesn't need it as much). I am amazed at God's mercy and kindness upon her.
I hope you and your staff had a wonderful, joyful holiday and New Year. Every person there at your office is great and made us feel cared for. I am thankful that God sent us to you -- we couldn't have asked for a better doctor! Yes the Lord does answer prayers. Blessings to you -- We'll see you in May. Dear Dr. Fox,
Enclosed is a recent picture of myself enjoying a good time (sliding down a sand dune) at White Sands, N.M. It’s great to be able to enjoy playing with my grandchildren. I only wish I had decided on the knee replacement sooner.
You have given me back my life, and for this I am very grateful.
Respectfully yours, Magda Castellanos
Success story and Experience of Robert Garza
"Let me start by saying, there is not one day that goes by that I am so thankful for the surgery Dr. Fox performed on my right knee. At the age of 55, I thought that I would never feel as good as I do. I truly believed that I would never get rid of the awful, dull, achy paint I felt for so many years. Since my surgery, I wake up in the morning and go to bed at night without any pain at all.
I can even squat down, something I had not been able to do for years, not to mention dance, something that I love to do. I feel in my heart that I can do just about anything, within reason of course."
"I am a brand new person, thanks to Dr. Fox. I have the utmost respect for him and what he stands for, an accomplished, respected, and brilliant surgeon. I must say though, what I most admire about Dr. Fox is the caring person that he is. I know that he did the absolute best he could possibly do and I feel fantastic. No regrets whatsoever. I would also like to mention that it was a pleasure working with his office staff. They were all so caring and attentive to all my needs."
Sincerely, Robert Garza

"About three years ago, everything came to a stop for a year until Dr Fox added a couple of new hips to my life. Since then I can shop, drive, go to Gold's Gym, yoga, dance sing in the church choir (had to stop because of steps to the choir loft). Anything and everything I set to do that had come to a screeching halt, is now rejuvenated with absolutely no pain! At 81 I'm delighted with life and intend to sail through the eighties singing Dr. Fox praise!
My advice is--don't wait! The sooner the better. Life is waiting!"
